We offer the following services:
- Batch production of optical workpieces of any shape.
- Grinding of flat and spherical surfaces. Workpiece diameter can be from 6 to 500 mm. Glass, quartz, silicon, germanium, zinc selenide, zinc sulfide, and cadmium selenide can all be processed.
- Polishing of spherical surfaces with a surface finish of 20/10. The diameter of the processed parts can be between 10 and 200 mm. We are able to process glass, quartz, silicon, germanium, zinc selenide, zinc sulfide, and cadmium selenide.
- Our state-of-the-art growth equipment has no equivalents elsewhere in Russia, and allows the growth of large-sized, high-purity polycrystalline zinc selenide materials by vapor deposition (CVD). Productivity is 700 kg a month, with maximum plate dimensions of 1,320×1,200×25–40 mm.
